Having your AC go out at the peak of summer is not only an inconvenience but extremely frustrating. Vegas Heat takes pride in our years of expertise and repairing your unit as quickly and as cost effective as possible.
Once we diagnose what’s causing the AC unit to malfunction, we provide you with a detailed report with options to remedy the problem(s). We look to repair units first, not replace. Vegas Heat offers a one year warranty on parts on most repairs. One year warranty does not apply to leak repairs.

Replacing an AC unit can be costly for homeowners and business owners alike. Vegas Heat will exhaust all options to attempt to repair the unit before recommending that the unit be replaced. We make sure the job is done correctly and up to code so that your new unit is running at its highest rated capacity. A new unit installed incorrectly could result in a shorter compressor lifespan and/or higher energy bills. Vegas Heat offers a one year warranty on labor on newly installed units. If anything happens to the unit within one year, we will come repair the unit with no out of pocket costs to the owner.

Warranty. All new units come with a minimum 5 year warranty through the manufacturer and can extend up to 10 years on parts.

Proper and consistent maintenance is highly recommended and can help prolong the life of your unit. Vegas Heat offers maintenance plans that will help get ahead of any possible issues, lower your utility bill and improve your indoor air quality. Our preventative maintenance plans are available to residential and commercial customers. Preventative maintenance does not prevent breakdowns, it helps to reduce them.
